Problems solved by technology

However, with the variation of the virulence of the strain, a new popular form of PRRS appeared in the United States in 1997, that is, acute and atypical PRRS, which caused higher abortion rates and mortality in sows. Traditional vaccines such as traditional vaccines cannot fully protect the infection of these emerging virulent strains of PRRSV. In the outbreak of the disease in southern my country in 2006, studies have shown that amino acids 483 and 535-563 in the Nsp2 sequence are missing

[0025] Embodiment 1, the preparation of the vaccine that prevents porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome

[0026] 1. Design of NSP gene and SP gene

[0027] 1. Design of NSP gene

[0028] Select 4 relatively conserved epitopes (BCE1-4) among the B cell epitopes of PRRSV non-structural protein Nsp2; The last universal T cell epitope PADRE (TCE); these 6 epitopes are connected by the three amino acid linking sequence GGS to form the protein sequence of the multi-epitope subunit vaccine NSP (see Table 1 for the amino acid sequence of each epitope).

Abstract

The invention discloses a vaccine for preventing porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome. The vaccine provided by the invention comprises active ingredients consisting of NSP polypeptide and SP polypeptide, wherein an amino acid sequence of the NSP polypeptide is shown in the sequence 3 in a sequence table; and the amino acid sequence of the SP polypeptide is shown in the sequence 1 in the sequence table. The vaccine is prepared by uniformly emulsifying the NSP polypeptide, the SP polypeptide and a Freund adjuvant, and has the characteristics of application to the prevention of the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, security, effectiveness, low cost, easy preparation and suitability for large-scale popularization and application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a vaccine for preventing porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome. Background technique [0002] Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) is a contagious disease discovered in the late 1980s, which can cause reproductive disorders such as abortion, stillbirth, and mummified fetuses in pregnant sows, as well as various ages. Respiratory diseases of pigs (especially piglets). The occurrence of the disease was first reported in the United States in 1987, and then rapidly spread to countries and regions with developed swine industry in the world (North America, 1987; Europe, 1990; Asia, 1991). The Central Veterinary Research Institute of the Netherlands (Lelystad et, 1991) isolated the pathogen for the first time from porcine alveolar macrophages and named it Lelystad virus. In 1992, American researchers also isolated the American representative strain of PRRSV (VR2332) using CL2621 cells. In the same year, the E...
