Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for traffic alarming after a bridge collapses, and relates to a traffic alarming technology. The device comprises a power supply (A), a current limiting resistor (B), a caution light (C), a horn (D) and a monitoring lead wire (E) arranged below the bridge, wherein the monitoring lead wire (E) is connected in series with the power supply (A) and the current limiting resistor (B); and the caution light (C) and the horn (D) are connected in parallel with the monitoring lead wire (E). The method is an effective, quick and practical method for the traffic alarming after the bridge collapses; and the device has the advantages of simple structure, easy implementation and low maintenance cost.
