The invention relates to a method for generating primitive pictures, which is applied to a computer. The computer comprises mapping software; the mapping software is connected to a database; primitives mapped by the mapping software are stored in the database; and the mapping software comprises a primitive processing unit. The method comprises the following steps of: (a) selecting at least one primitive to be processed into the picture from the database by using the primitive processing unit; (b) reading a word template of word application software, and setting parameters of the pictures to be displayed by the word template; (c) generating the picture of the primitive by using the primitive processing unit, wherein the visual angle of the picture is consistent with those of the set pictures displayed on the word template; (d) pasting the generated picture to the read word template; (e) repeating the step (b) to step (d) until all the selected primitives are processed into the pictures; and (f) displaying the generated pictures on the word application software.
