[0023] 1 Isolation and identification of strains
[0024] The bromoxynil-octanoyl enriched bacterial solution was taken for gradient dilution. The dilution is coated on the inorganic salt solid medium containing 300mg / L bromoxynil octanoyl (prescription is: every liter contains 1.5g K 2 HPO 4 , 0.5g KH 2 PO 4 , 0.2g MgSO 4 ·7H 2 O, 1.0gNaCl, 1.0g (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 , 15g agar, pH 7.0), cultivated at 30°C for several days. Pick a single colony to verify its degradation effect, and save a strain with higher degradation efficiency for subsequent experiments. See the picture of its colony figure 1 . The strain was identified as Acinetobacter baumannii by 16SrDNA sequence analysis combined with the results of physiological and biochemical characteristics, and named: XB2. The main biological characteristic is G - , the bacteria are short rod-shaped, short rod-shaped, without spores, strictly easy to grow; oxidase negative; catalase positive; can grow with octanoyl bromoxyni...
