Abstract
The invention discloses environmental-friendly microsphere glass with high refractive index and a preparation method thereof, wherein the microsphere glass comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 33-53% of TiO2, 30-53% of BaO, 1-8% of SiO2, 0-10% of ZrO2, 0.5-3% of CaO, 1-5% of SrO, 0-3% of TeO2, 0-5% of WO3, 0-2% of Nb2O5, 0-1% of La2O3, and 1-2% of Bi2O3; and the preparation method comprises the steps of: evenly mixing the raw material components; melting and homogenizing the components in a platinum crucible or a refractory matter tank furnace at a temperature of 1380-1480 DEG C; carrying out quenching after the melting, crushing to the particle size of 20-90mum and adopting a flame spraying method to manufacture the product. The microsphere glass provided by the invention can be produced in large scale by adopting the platinum crucible and the refractory matter tank furnace, does not include hazardous elements, and has the advantages of lower cost and favorable crystallization property and high-temperature viscosity property.
Description
Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a microbead glass, in particular to an environment-friendly high refractive index bead glass and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, among similar patents, lead-containing materials are used to manufacture high-refractive index glass beads, such as British patent GB1130284, U.S. patent USP3293051, German patent DD258133, etc. Due to the pollution of lead-containing materials to the environment, their use has been banned. Chinese patent CN86106629 introduces a high-refractive-index glass with barium oxide and titanium oxide as the main body. The refractive index is increased by adding Bi2O3, La2O3, Nb2O5, Sb2O3 and other raw materials, but the high content of lanthanum oxide, niobium oxide, and bismuth oxide leads to high costs. It is too high and not suitable for mass production, and the antimony oxide contained in it is used in limited quantities because it is harmful to the environment. Mo...
