[0106] In the risk assessment of power system transient stability, scientifically estimating the system losses caused by faults is the core issue. The invention regards the loss caused by the fault as the minimum control cost required to transform the system from an unstable state to a stable state, and transforms the above problem into an optimal power flow problem considering transient stability constraints by means of trajectory sensitivity technology to realize the solution. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper are verified by using IEEE-14, New England-39 nodes and other systems.
