Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic sheet thermal laminating method and an automatic sheet thermal laminating device. The automatic sheet thermal laminating device comprises a primary input tray for placing an adhesive film with a primary sheet and a secondary sheet, a secondary input tray for placing plastically packaged objects, a plurality of transfer roller sets, a separation roller set with a separation driving roller and a separation driven roller, a braking sensor, a braking element, a thermal laminating module and a control unit. The adhesive film on the input tray is fed by the transfer roller sets. When the adhesive film is detected by the braking sensor, the control unit drives the braking element to stop the rotation of the separation driven roller, and after a predetermined time period, the separation driven roller starts rotating again, so that the primary sheet and the secondary sheet of the adhesive film are separated to clamp the plastically packaged objects therebetween. Then, the adhesive film clamping the plastically packaged objects is thermally laminated by the thermal laminating module. The device provided by the invention can automatically separate the two sheets of the adhesive film to clamp the plastically packaged objects, and provide the full automatic thermal laminating function.
