Abstract

The invention discloses a method for fast determining the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in phosphorus-potassium-carbon ammonium. The method is improved based on a determining acidometry for the content of ammoniacal nitrogen in GB3599-83 ammonium bicarbonate and ammonia water, and comprises the following steps of: adding the phosphorus-potassium-carbon ammonium with the chemical formula of NH4HCO3.x(NH4)2HPO4.yKHCO3 into an excessive and standard sulfate solution, fully reacting, then removing carbon dioxide, then adding an acid-base reaction indicating agent, and back-dropping by using standard sodium hydroxide till the color of the indicating agent is changed; and then fast determining the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium according to a result of a blank test. Due to adoption of the method, the defects of complex operation, fussy steps, easy generation of error and expensive reagent when the contents of the nitrogen, the phosphorus and the potassium in the phosphorus-potassium-carbon ammonium are detected according to the traditional standard are overcome, and the detecting effects of fasteness, simpleness and accuracy are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fertilizer component content determination, and relates to a method for quickly determining the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in phosphorus, potassium and ammonium bicarbonate. Background technique [0002] Phosphate potassium ammonium bicarbonate is a product of deep processing of ammonium bicarbonate, the chemical formula is: NH 4 HCO 3 ·X(NH 4 ) 2 HPO 4 ·YKHCO 3 , where both X and Y should be less than or equal to 1 for the nutritional balance of fertilizers. Since this product belongs to the category of carbon-based nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizers, the analysis method of nitrogen should adopt GB8572-88 Determination of Nitrogen Content in Compound Fertilizers-Titration after Distillation; the analysis method of phosphorus should use GB8573-88 Compound Fertilizer Determination of phosphorus content in compound fertilizers - ammonium phosphomolybdate gravime...
