The power grid system comprises power supply devices, power utilization devices, at least one control center and a remote server, wherein each power supply device and each power utilization device are respectively equipped with a collection controller used for collecting circuit parameters; the control center is used for receiving the circuit parameters and generating energy management parameters; and the remote server is used for receiving the energy management parameters sent by the control center and generating an energy management optimization scheme. The control center sends a control instruction to the collection controller according to the energy management optimization scheme sent by the remote server; and the collection controller switches on or switches off the connection between the power supply devices and the power utilization devices and circuits according to the control instruction. For the power grid system and the management method thereof, the management of the power grid system is optimized by collecting the circuit parameters of the power supply devices and the power utilization devices and generating the energy management optimization scheme, so that the power utilization cost is effectively reduced.
