robot management platform and includes: receiving
multimodal data collected by the quadruped
robot within the
bank branch; generating control instructions based on the
multimodal data and preset task configuration information; sending the control instructions to the quadruped
robot, enabling the quadruped robot to execute target tasks according to the control instructions and obtain task execution results; receiving the task execution results; and generating corresponding early warning information when the task execution results indicate the presence of illegally parked vehicles, absent staff, malfunctioning self-service terminals, or failed delivery
handover, and sending the early warning information to a preset notification terminal. This method enables integrated collaborative control of
bank branches in scenarios such as customer service, security patrols, and
internal management, improving service response speed, security
automation levels, and reducing manual management costs.
