Embodiment Construction

[0020] The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

[0021] (1) Sample pretreatment

[0022] Take 4L of water sample that has been adjusted to pH about 2 with 4mol / L hydrochloric acid, and filter it with GF / F glass fiber filter membrane; use the solid phase extraction device to activate the HLB solid phase extraction column of Waters company, the activation sequence is: 5mL chromatography Pure ethyl acetate, 5mL chromatographically pure methanol and 10mL ultrapure water, the flow rate is 1mL / min; the water sample is enriched by solid phase extraction with an activated solid phase extraction column, and the flow rate is controlled at 3mL / min; after the extraction is completed, vacuum Drain for 5 minutes to remove water, use 2×3mL ethyl acetate to elute the HLB column, collect the eluate in a 10mL glass centrifuge tube, control the flow rate to 1mL / min, dry the eluate slowly u...

Abstract

The invention relates to a detection technology of endocrine disrupters in water environment, in particular relating to a method for detecting seven substances such as oestrone, 17 beta-estradiol, estriol, 17 alpha-ethinyl estradiol, nonyl phenol, octylphenol and bisphenol A and the like in a water environment sample by virtue of liquid chromatogram-tandem mass spectrometry. The method comprises the following steps: concentrating and gathering the estrogen, the nonyl phenol, the octylphenol and the bisphenol A in a water sample by utilizing a solid phase extraction column; eluting the estrogen, the nonyl phenol, the octylphenol and the bisphenol A from the solid phase extraction column by utilizing ethyl acetate; and analyzing the concentrations of the estrogen, the nonyl phenol, the octylphenol and the bisphenol A by virtue of liquid chromatogram-tandem mass spectrometry. The method has the advantages of environment friendliness and easiness for operation, ensures relatively high recovery, and can be used for fast analyzing the concentrations of the estrogen, nonyl phenol, octylphenol and bisphenol A in the water sample.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a detection technology of endocrine disruptors in water environment, in particular to a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry technique for detection of estrone, 17β-estradiol, estriol, 17α- Co-detection method for ethinyl estradiol, nonylphenol, octylphenol and bisphenol A. Background technique [0002] Natural estrogens, estrone (Estrone, E1), 17β-estradiol (17β-Estradiol, E2) and estriol (Estriol, E3), are secreted by the ovaries of humans and animals, and are combined with glucuronic acid or sulfuric acid in the liver Salts combine to form estrogen conjugates that are excreted into the environment with feces. In addition, the synthetic estrogen 17α-ethynylestradiol (17α-Ethynylestradiol, EE2), which is the main component of low-dose oral contraceptives and drugs for the treatment of irregular menstruation, will also be combined with glucuronic acid or sulfate in the body. Urine is excreted outside the bod...
