The invention relates to a one-way damping 
wave power generation device, which belongs to the field of research of 
underwater ocean energy and is used for converting wave energy into 
electric energy. The one-way damping 
wave power generation device structurally comprises a 
buoy and a support rod, both the upper end and the lower end of the support rod penetrate out of the 
buoy, the upper end of the support rod is connected with a support device, the lower end of the support rod is connected with a one-way 
damper, a gap is reserved between the 
buoy and the support rod, and the upper end of a 
piston rod of a 
hydraulic cylinder of a hydraulic 
energy storage power generating 
system mounted in the buoy extends out of the buoy and is connected with the support device. The gap is reserved between the buoy and the support rod, accordingly, the support rod keeps vertical when moving in 
waves, the buoy can move along with the 
waves and fluctuates along the trend of the 
waves, the support device is driven to compress a 
hydraulic cylinder, the buoy moves in a manner combining vertical movement and swinging, and 
absorption efficiency is improved. In addition, the one-way damping 
wave power generation device is reasonable in structure and high in energy conversion rate and is high in applicability to disastrous weathers as the buoy and the support rod move relatively.
