The rotating device is arranged on the central axis of the chassis. When rotating around the first central axis, the rotating device can drive the suction arm, the discharging device and the storage tank on a support to rotate, so that omnibearing excavation, suction and discharging of the suction type sewer scavenger are realized. The inner cavity of the storage tank can be sucked until vacuum by the vacuum unit through the filter device, and the suction arm sucks sewer to be removed into the storage tank by the aid of the pressure different between the inner cavity of the storage tank and the atmosphere. The suction arm has a certain excavating and breaking function. During discharge, the discharging device can turn over the storage tank and discharge sewer by its gravity. The suction type sewer scavenger is small in occupation space, has a loading and transporting function, can multidirectionally excavate soil for discharging and is more accordant with requirements for municipal construction.
