Abstract

The invention relates a node positioning method of an irregular transmission model in a wireless sensor network. The method comprises the following steps that: an unknown node receives an information package which is transmitted through broadcast by a mobile anchor node and contains position information of the mobile anchor node; a two-dimensional rectangular coordinate system is established in a wireless sensor network area to determine the moving path of the mobile anchor node, the unknown node constantly monitors and receives information packages, an actual communication radius is irregular, and an adjusted communication radius is used for replacing the actual communication radius in the invention. When the unknown node receives three information packages transmitted through broadcast by the mobile anchor node, the unknown node is positioned according to whether the unknown node is in a regular triangle consisting of any three received mobile anchor nodes. The method is high in positioning accuracy and free from influence of environmental factors; moreover, the network cost is low.
