The inventive embodiment discloses a bit stream transmission method, device and system for transmitting bit streams in heterogeneous network environment. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring N (N is a positive integer) types of network parameters of each of a plurality of networks at a receiving terminal in the heterogeneous network; acquiring N types of transmission parameters, which are corresponding to the network parameters in a one-to-one manner, of a bit stream to be transmitted; acquiring the weight of each type of network parameter in the plurality of networks; introducing the weight, the network parameters and the transmission parameters to the improved grey correlation analysis to calculate the weighted correlation between the bit stream and each network; and selecting the network with the highest correlation degree with the transmission characteristic of the bit stream to transmit the bit stream.
