Embodiment Construction

[0021] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, where the schematic embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are used to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.

[0022] Follow the steps below to grow perennial tritella:

[0023] (1) Using wheat as a bridge material to breed "Triticale No. 1", and using "Triticale No. 1" as the female parent to hybridize with Echinopsis elongatum;

[0024] (2) Transplant E. elongatum into the greenhouse in October, and add light to E. elongatum at night in the middle and late February. 2 Install a 450w mercury lamp to irradiate, and by April 25, Enopyrum elongatum blooms and loosens powder, and obtains "Lanxiaorye No. 1";

[0025] (3) Transplant the plants of "Lanxiaorye No. 1" triticale into flowerpots, detassell the whole ear when heading, and move it into the elongate grass after the pistil stigma matures, so t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for breeding a perennial triticale-thinopyrum elongatum hybrid. The method comprises the following steps that 1, triticale I is bred out through wheat as a bridge material and the triticale I is hybridized with thinopyrum elongatum; 2, the thinopyrum elongatum subjected to hybridization is transplanted to a greenhouse in October; light is added at night in middle and late February; and when the thinopyrum elongatum flowers and flies pollen on April 25, orchid triticale I is obtained; 3, a triticale plant of the orchid triticale I is transplanted to a flowerpot and is subjected to heading; and when gynoecium stigmas develop fully, the triticale plant is transferred in thinopyrum elongatum and carries out open pollination to produce F0; 4, ears of the F0 are harvested according to combinations, dried in air, threshed and stored in early June; 5, triticale is hybridized with thinopyrum elongatum in early September to produce F0 seeds; the F0 seeds are subjected to accelerating germination to produce seedlings; and the seedlings are transplanted to screen houses in farmland in late September and are bred into F1 seedlings; 6, the F1 seedlings are transferred to a room and are subjected to chromosome reduplication; and 7, the F1 seedlings subjected to chromosome reduplication are transplanted to a greenhouse and are subjected to strengthened management, wherein the survived F1 seedlings are the perennial triticale-thinopyrum elongatum hybrids. The method can breed out a novel species of the perennial triticale-thinopyrum elongatum hybrid easy for hybridizing with common wheat.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for breeding crops, in particular to a method for cultivating perennial tritigrum. Background technique [0002] At present, the cultivation of high-yield, high-quality, multi-resistance and broad-suit breakthrough new wheat varieties is inseparable from the innovation of germplasm resources. Therefore, many well-known scientists in the world have put forward the breeding theory of "germplasm first", but our country has long only focused on the selection of new varieties, while ignoring the innovation of germplasm resources, resulting in the lack of germplasm resources and no new breakthroughs in breeding Case. According to research, in order to provide germplasm resources for super-high-yield breeding, it is more feasible to create and breed new varieties by introducing good genes from foreign species into common wheat to synthesize new species and types, and using these germplasm to hybridize . Contents of the in...
