A contrast agent microsphere wall material contains phospholipids, polyethylene glycol (PEG), PEG phospholipid polymers, biotinylated and/or polypeptide modificatory PEG phospholipid polymer, poloxamer, ligands (monoclonal antibodies or polypeptide, and the like) and the magnetic response materials and/or avidin bridging materials, wherein the ligand (monoclonal antibodies or polypeptide, and the like) has specific affinity to target molecules, the wrapped gas is a fluorine carbon gas, and a solvent is an aqueous medium (distilled water). The invention also provides the preparation method of the magnetic molecular targeted ultrasound contrast agent microsphere, which comprises a condition that the specific ligand is connected with the microsphere in a covalence and avidin bridging way. The invention discloses a method for cultivating a corn allopolyploid by using an unreduced gamete characteristic of tripsacum dactyloides, belonging to the field of corn distance hybridization. The method comprises the steps of: hybridizing an MTF-1 (metal-responsive transcription factor) as a female parent with corn or tetraploid perennation corn as a male parent, and then selecting a filial generation plant which is capable of overwintering, namely a new corn allopolyploid, wherein the tiller number of the filial generation plant is more than 15 and the chromosome number of the filial generation plant is a sum of the chromosome number of a female parent and the chromosome number of the male parent. According to the method provided by the invention, the dysgenesis of corn affinis species is overcome and a good inheritance basis is provided for breeding ground-breaking corn species by using the bred corn allopolyploid as a bridge material transfer character. In addition, the method provided by the invention provides a model to breed allopolyploids of other species. The corn allopolyploid bred by the method provided by the invention is perennial, adopts vegetative propagation, and provides a material to corn allopolyploid origin and evolution research and allopolyploid breeding. The method provided by the invention is simple, is short in time, high in efficiency and small in workload.

A stent having such a mimic region or otherwise stiff region and a flexible region may have a transition region between the stiff and flexible regions, such as a bridging material attached to the stent, also to provide kink resistance. A stent may have relatively stiff regions and relatively flexible regions positioned to align the flexible regions with curved regions of a body lumen when deployed within the body lumen. The stiffness of the stiff, flexible, and transition regions may be controlled by attaching material to the stent, varying the cross-sectional area of the stent components, varying the metallurgical properties thereof, and / or by varying the stent architecture. Methods for providing kink resistance by controlling stent stiffness are also disclosed. A stent having regions of different metallurgical properties is also disclosed, as are methods for creating such a stent.
