The invention discloses a cultivation method for increasing the full-fruit rate of peanuts. The cultivation method comprises the following steps that firstly, main stem growth points are removed; secondly, lateral branches are trimmed; thirdly, leaf fertilizer is supplemented in a centralized mode to increase the gynophore formation rate; fourthly, a chemical regulation agent is sprayed. The cultivation method has the advantages that in the first step, the main stem growth points of peanut seedlings are removed, as a result, the apical dominance can be restrained, and growth of a pair of side branches is promoted; in the second step, main stem growth points of the side branches of the peanut seedlings are removed, triiodobenzoic acid is sprayed, and flower formation and gynophore formation are effectively facilitated; in the third step, monopotassium phosphate is sprayed, as a result, the requirement for phosphorus and potassium during florescence can be met, and flower formation and gynophore formation are effectively promoted; in the fourth step, the chemical regulation agent is sprayed, so that sufficient nutrients for promoting development of legumes are guaranteed; through the combined action of the steps, the full-fruit rate of the peanuts can be increased greatly, three tests prove that the full-fruit rate can be averagely increased by 21.15 percent, and the yield can be averagely increased by 23.08 percent.
