Disclosed is an artificial planting method of wild
conyza blinii Levl.. The method comprises the following steps of (1)
seedling raising, wherein seed soaking in
warm water and seed soaking in clear water are involved in
seed treatment; seeds are put into the
warm water at 30-35 DEG C for stirring, fine sandy soil is mixed in during
sowing, and stirring is uniformly conducted to make the soil in aloose state; the seeds are soaked for 1-2 days under
sunlight illumination, and during
sowing, the seeds with water are uniformly stirred; in the
sowing stage, spring sowing is conducted from the Beginning of Spring to the Rain Water, and autumn sowing is conducted from August to October; the sowing amount is 1-2 kg per mu; (2)
transplanting; (3) field management; (4)
disease and
pest control; (5) seed collection and reservation, wherein during seed collection, each to-be-collected
plant flower is sleeved with a bag-shaped container and gently patted, so that mature seeds are patted into thebag; during seed reservation, in the best growing environment area, a seed field is selected and established through a
crop rotation mode; (6) harvesting and
processing, wherein from June to Septemberevery year, harvesting is conducted from an early blooming period to a full blooming period, and the harvesting portion is 3-5 cm from the ground. By means of the improved
seedling raising technology, the seed
germination rate is increased; the best harvesting and seed
collection time is determined, and the seed collection and reservation method is perfected; the yield and single-
plant saponin content of
conyza blinii Levl. plants are increased.
