According to the method disclosed by the invention, the excellent characters of the argopecten purpuratus, the argopecten irradians and the Argopecten irradians concentricus can be integrated, so that a new three-way hybrid scallop variety with more remarkable growth and stress resistance advantages is cultivated, and the improved variety preservation and supply capability of the scallop breeding industry is improved.
