Example Embodiment

[0018] Example 1

[0019] After the horse manure is cleared from the horse farm, the horse manure is crushed by a crusher to a thickness of 2 mm, and then an appropriate amount of nutritional supplements (see Table 1) are added, mixed evenly, and prepared into a culture material. Pour the culture material into the corresponding container, the height of the culture material is 4cm, and insert an appropriate amount of Musca brown-tailed larvae on the surface of the culture material, the density of the larvae is: 0.2g brown-tailed Musca larvae / kg culture material. The culture temperature was 30°C, and the larvae of Sarcophagus palmatus began to decompose and transform the culture material. On the 3rd day, put a larger container outside the culture container, and sprinkle dry rice bran powder in it to facilitate the collection of mature brown-tailed larvae. After 4~5d, the brown-tailed Sarcophagus larvae have reached the mature state, and they have crawled out of the culture materia...

[0023] Example 2

[0024] After the horse manure is removed from the horse farm, the horse manure is crushed with a crusher to make it thicker to 3mm, and then an appropriate amount of nutritive auxiliary materials (see Table 2) are added, mixed evenly, and prepared into a culture material. Pour the culture material into the corresponding container, the height of the culture material is 6cm, and insert an appropriate amount of Musca brown-tailed larvae on the surface of the culture material, the density of the larvae is: 0.6g brown-tailed Musca larvae / kg culture material. The culture temperature was 25°C, and the larvae of Sarcophagus palmatus began to decompose and transform the culture material. Properly add water during the cultivation process to prevent excessive temperature rise. On the 4th day, put a larger container outside the culture container, and sprinkle dry rice bran powder in it to facilitate the collection of mature brown-tailed larvae. After 4~5d, the brown-tai...

[0027] Example 3

[0028] After the horse manure is cleared from the horse farm, the horse manure is crushed with a crusher to make it thicker to 5mm, and then an appropriate amount of nutrient auxiliary materials (see Table 3) are added, mixed evenly, and prepared as a culture material. Pour the culture material into the corresponding container, the height of the culture material is 8cm, and insert an appropriate amount of the larvae of Musca brown tail on the surface of the culture material, and the density of the larvae is: 0.8g larvae of Musca brown tail / kg of the culture material. The culture temperature was 25°C, and the larvae of Sarcophagus palmatus began to decompose and transform the culture material. Properly supplement water during the cultivation process to prevent excessive temperature rise. On the 4th day, put a larger container outside the culture container, and sprinkle dry rice bran powder in it to facilitate the collection of mature brown-tailed larvae. Afte...

Abstract

The invention which discloses a method for preparing an organic fertilizer by processing horse manure with Boettcherisca peregrina belongs to the technical field of environmental protection. The method comprises the following steps: fragmenting horse manure to the coarseness of 1-5mm, adding accessories to prepare a culture material, inoculating larvae of Boettcherisca peregrina on the surface ofthe culture material, culturing for 4-5 days at 25-35DEG C, collecting the culture material, and drying to prepare the organic fertilizer, wherein the accessories comprise feather meal, meat bone meal and globulin meal. The method of the invention, which has the advantages of strong processing capability, less occupied place and low energy consumption in the processing process, allows the biological organic fertilizer and a biological protein of Boettcherisca peregrina to be simultaneously obtained in the process of horse manure processing, so the resource utilization of horse manure is realized, wastes are changed into valuables, the environmental sanitation is improved, and the organic fertilizer and the biological protein are simultaneously produced, thereby the method of the inventionhas a very good application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a feces treatment method, which belongs to the field of environmental protection, and in particular to a method for preparing organic fertilizer by treating horse manure with P. Background technique [0002] Large-scale horse ranches, racetracks and horse trading markets produce a large amount of horse manure every day. If the weather is hot, if it is not treated in time, it will emit an unpleasant smell, which is very easy to breed mosquitoes and pathogenic microorganisms, affecting horses and breeding. The health of personnel and the sanitation of the ranch environment. At present, the main processing methods of horse manure are as follows: 1. Drying or drying them for lighting fires; 2. Sending them directly to landfills as garbage; 3. Using them for fermentation and composting. [0003] The advantage of the prior art is that the processing technology is simple and convenient; but there are also many disadvantages, such as ...
