Abstract

A coaxial connector for inspection, capable of being fitted to a mating receptacle with an appropriate force. A coaxial connector (1) for inspection, capable of being attached to and detached from a mating receptacle which is a body to be inspected having an external conductor. A housing (25) has a tubular tip section (26a) into which the external conductor is inserted. The tip section (26a) is configured in such a manner that the diameter thereof can expand and contract. A probe (10) is extended within the tip section (26a) while being insulated from the housing (25). A restriction member (50) comprises a restriction section (50b) provided so as to face at least a part of the outer peripheral surface of the tubular tip section (26a), and also comprises a tubular fixation section (50a) attached to the housing (25). The diameter of the fixation section (50a) is greater than the diameter of the tip section (26a). The tip section (26a) is in contact with the restriction section (50b) when the mating receptacle is in a mounted position, and this restricts the expansion of the diameter of the tip section (26a).

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a coaxial connector for inspection, and more specifically, to a coaxial connector for inspection that is detachably attachable to a socket on an object to be inspected. Background technique [0002] As a conventional coaxial connector for inspection, an inspection device with a switch coaxial connector described in Patent Document 1 is known. Hereinafter, the inspection device will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 8 (A) is a cross-sectional configuration diagram of the tip portion of the inspection device 101 described in Patent Document 1. Figure 8 (B) is the coaxial connector 201 for the inspection device 101 to be assembled. in Figure 8 Here, the direction in which the probe 110 extends is the vertical direction. [0003] The inspection device 101 is installed at the front end of a coaxial cable not shown, such as Figure 8 As shown in (a), a probe 110, a sleeve 120, and a housing 125 are provided. The d...
