Abstract

The invention relates to a projector, which comprises a plurality of projecting lenses, a plurality of optical engines corresponding to the projecting lenses and a digital video distribution processor connected with the plurality of optical engines. The digital video distribution processor is used for distributing a video signal to each of the optical engines. Each of the optical engines is operable to generate a projection image according to the distributed video signal and project from the corresponding projecting lens to outside. The projector of the invention comprises the plurality of projecting lenses, so that the projector is used for projecting a plurality of different images by employing the plurality of projecting lenses, and a plurality of image functions can be realized by the single projector.
