When the perfume measuring pump is in the first working state, a first baffle is matched with a clamping pillar, a telescopic air valve rod is clamped at an arc groove, and aperfume outlet is coincident with a perfume inlet, so that a pump cover tube is communicated with the glass sleeve. When the perfume measuring pump is in the second working state, a second baffle is matched with the clamping pillar, the telescopic air valve rod is separated from the arc groove, and the perfume outlet is malposed with the perfume inlet, so that the perfume outlet is blocked by theside wall of the vacuum tube. In the invention, by coincidence and malposition of the perfume outlet on the pump cover tube, the perfume inlet on the vacuum tube and an opening groove on a sealing ring, perfume is controlled to flow into the glass sleeve; and meanwhile, the perfume is filled into a bottle to be filled to realize measurement under the action of scale mark lines on the telescopic air valve rod and the glass sleeve by a seam between a sealing component and a perfume outlet hole.
