The air conditioning unit further comprises a humidifier, an electric heater, a fresh air inlet, a fresh air electric control valve, an outdoor temperature and humidity sensor, an indoor temperature and humidity sensor and a control unit. The control unit is electrically connected with the outdoor temperature and humidity sensor, the indoor temperature and humidity sensor, the electric heater, the fresh air electric control valve, a controller of the humidifier, a motor of the compressor, a motor of an outdoor fan and a motor of an indoor fan. No matter what the states of the indoor temperature and humidity and the outdoor temperature and humidity are, the indoor temperature can reach the set value range rapidly in the first place by preferentially regulating the indoor temperature through the air conditioning unit. Fresh air is introduced in the temperature and humidity regulating process, the energy consumption is reduced through outdoor effective influences, and the four functions including refrigerating, heating, dehumidifying and humidifying are achieved in the most economical and most energy-saving mode.
