Embodiment Construction

[0029] The construction steps are as follows:

[0030] 1) Symmetrical and balanced pouring of the main arch ring arch back reinforced concrete 13 on the side-span main arch ring 12;

[0031] 2) Demolish the original bridge sidewalk structure 1 at the bridge head;

[0032] 3) Remove the original bridge deck 2 at the bridge head;

[0033] 4) Remove the original top structure of the side wall 7 of the arch bridge at the bridge head, and remove the filler 11 on the nearby arch;

[0034] 5) The reinforced concrete filled beam 10 in the new transverse side arch wave 9;

[0035] 6) Reinforced concrete tray beam 8 on top of the side wall of the newly built arch bridge and reinforced concrete side wall 14 on the top of the main arch ring;

[0036] 7) Variable width prestressed reinforced concrete bridge deck 4 at the cast-in-place bridge head;

[0037] 8) New bridgehead sidewalk structure 3.

[0038] 9) Set the variable lane barrier 5 at the bridgehead, and set the variable lane 6...

Abstract

The invention relates to a small-town arch bridge local widening and reinforcing method based on characteristic of tidal traffic flow. The method is characterized in that: firstly a bridge head bridge deck (1) and a bridge head sidewalk structure (2) of an arch bridge are removed, a width-variable prestressed concrete bridge deck (4) and a new bridge head sidewalk structure (3) are built, so that widening section and transition section functions of bridge head inlet / outlet lanes are exerted and the smooth transition requirement of bridge head crossing traffic flow is met; a bridge head variable lane isolation fence (5) is used for isolating opposite lanes, and a road mark is used for implementing traffic management measures of a bridge head variable lane (6), thus the needs of characteristic of tidal traffic flow are met; and at the same time, a main arch ring, a side arch wave and an arch bridge sidewall of the bridge are correspondingly reinforced so as to meet the structural strength requirement of the bridge. Compared with whole line widening and reinforcing method, the bridge head local widening and reinforcing method provided by the invention has the advantages of small alteration area, low cost, short construction time and low construction difficulty, and can be applied to widening and reinforcing of an arch bridge of which the length is more than 150 m and of which bridge piers and base have abundant load carrying capability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a local widening and strengthening method for arch bridges based on traffic flow characteristics in small towns, in particular to a local widening and strengthening method for arch bridges in small towns based on tidal traffic flow characteristics. Background technique [0002] Arch bridges were mostly used in the early road bridges in my country, and the double-curved arch bridges were the main ones. The bridge head was often too close to the intersection. Therefore, the bridge head lacked effective canalization, resulting in a 30% lower traffic capacity at the bridge head than in the middle of the bridge. Bottleneck, with the rapid development of urban traffic in small towns, many highway bridges have become urban bridges, the traffic flow is not large during the peak hours, and the traffic capacity can still meet the traffic demand; but the traffic volume on the bridges increases sharply during peak hours, and presents typical...
