Abstract

The invention provides a large-scale wind turbine blade transporter and a transportation method. The transporter is provided with a rotary support, a supporting rod, a supporting sliding block, a drag oil cylinder, a sliding groove, a guide rod, a positioning pin and a lifting frame, wherein a hoist device is capable of changing the angle of the axis of an overlong blade in the vertical plane with respect to the horizontal plane; the lifting frame is provided with a blade support, the supporting rod, a counterweight and blades; a rotary device is hinged with the rotary oil cylinder; the other end of the rotary oil cylinder is hinged to a semi-trailer; and the rotary device is provided with the rotary support which is capable of rotating along with the rotary device. The large-scale wind turbine blade transporter provided by the invention can regulate the transportation gesture of the overlong blade in the process of transportation; while dragging and lifting within 0 to 45 degrees by the oil cylinder, the lifting gravity centre track moves around a rotary axis; during the rotation of the rotary support, the gravity centre thereof moves within a rotary base; hydraulic steering is achieved through the rear wheels of vehicle plate; thus, the transporter can effectively avoid the obstacles, such as buildings, trees, hillsides and the like, when transporting overlong blades in complex areas.
