Abstract

The pressure transmitter comprises a spring tube and a displacement detection circuit which is connected with the spring tube; the displacement detection circuit is connected with an analog-to-digital conversion circuit; the analog-to-digital conversion circuit is connected with a microprocessor; the microprocessor is respectively connected with a display and a digital-to-analog conversion circuit; and the digital-to-analog conversion circuit is connected with apower source supply and output circuit. According to the intelligent spring tube pressure transmitter, disclosed by the invention, a mechanically driven appointer mechanism is removed on the basis ofthe traditional spring tube (also called bourdon tube) type pressure gauge; displacement signals generated by pressing force are converted into electric parameters through the displacement detection circuit; and size of the equivalent pressing force is thereby measured through measurement of the electric parameters. The electric parameters after being subjected to the A / D conversion and the digital processing of the microprocessor are displayed digitally, and 4-20 mA DC current signals are output.
