The muscle exerciser is characterized in that a seat (7) is fixed at the rear end of a base (9); supports (3) are installed at the top ends of vertical columns (6) and are connected with the vertical columns by rotating shafts (4); the lower parts of the supports are supported by support columns (1); the support columns are connected with the supports (3) into one and are fixed at the front end of the base (9); handles (5) are installed at the top ends of the vertical columns (6); pedals (8) are installed at the lower ends of the supports (3); and a barbell (2) is installed above the support columns (1). The muscle exerciser has simple structure, small volume and wide application range, is not limited by the field and time, is convenient to move and easy to operate and is requisite fitness equipment in the schools and families.
