Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: computing the interleaving address of three paths of data comprising Dummy bits; removing the Dummy bits from the interleaving address, recalculating the interleaving address, and storing the data from which the Dummy bits are removed according to the recalculated interleaving address; acquiring a data reading starting address and a data reading ending address; reading the data from the starting address to the ending address, judging whether the total volume of read data reaches a preset total volume or not, and if the total volume of the read data does not reach the preset total volume, starting cyclically reading between the zero address of a memory space and the ending address until the total volume of the read data reaches the preset total volume; and performing bit reforming on the read data to obtain rate-matched data. The invention also provides a parallel rate matching device applied to the LTE system. By the technical scheme in the embodiment of the invention, rate matching is realized under the condition of no addition of the Dummy bits.
