The method comprises the following steps of: receiving a first domain name resolving request message sent by a host computer, wherein the first domain name resolving request message carries a domain name required to be resolved by the host computer; determining a first DNS (Domain Name Server) from a domain name system DNS priority list, wherein the first DNS belongs to a DNS server set with a highest priority in the DNS server priority list; and sending a second domain name resolving request message to the first DNS according to the first domain name resolving request message, wherein the second domain name resolving request message carries a domain name required to be resolved by the host computer. According to the message processing method and the device and the system, provided by the embodiment of the invention, a DNS server is selected from the DNS server set with the highest priority in the DNS server priority list, so that the domain name resolving time can be shortened, and domain name resolving failures are avoided.
