The invention particularly provides a chitosan oligosaccharide agricultural composition for improving coloration of plants. The weight percentage of the chitosan oligosaccharide in the agricultural composition is 0.0015 to 0.015 percent and is preferentially 0.0025 percent to 0.01 percent. The chitosan oligosaccharide agricultural composition also comprises other ingredients such as one or multiple varieties of glycine, levulinic acid, glutamic acid, phenylalanine, tyrosine, acetylsalicylic acid, genistein, uniconazole, potassium sulphate, monobasic potassium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, potassium phosphate, calcium chloride and boric acid.
