Abstract

The invention discloses oligose and soybean peptide lactobacillus health beverage and a preparation method thereof. The oligose and soybean peptide lactobacillus health beverage is produced by adopting the following steps of: (1) preparing seed liquid: culturing lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus acidophilus and streptococcus thermophilus to be uses as the seed liquid; (2) preparing a fermentation culture medium: weighing cane sugar, soybean oligopeptide, xylitol, isomaltooligosaccharide and xylooligosaccharide to be dissolved in water, then placing a stabilizer, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 6.2 to 6.5 after the stabilizer is dissolved, and sterilizing; (3) placing the seed liquid into the fermentation culture medium, standing and culturing for 24 to 48 hours; and (4) placing the fermented oral liquid into a refrigerator of 4 DEG C, standing for 8 to 12 hours, and then homogenizing and filling.
