The invention also discloses a preparation method which comprises the following steps: (1) flavoring preparation, that is, preparing flavorings according to the formula; (2) flavoring boiling, that is, boiling the flavorings prepared in step (1) for 10 min; (3) cashew boiling, that is, adding 100-150 g of cashews, boiling the cashews for 10 min, then turning off the fire; (4) soaking, that is, after cashew boiling in step (3), soaking the cashews for 2 h; (5) drying, that is, taking the cashews out, draining water, drying to obtain a water content of 6-8%; (6) frying, that is, frying the dried cashews at an oil temperature of 160 DEG C-170 DEG C for 2-3 min.
