Abstract

The invention discloses a molding technology combining polyamide 610 (PA 610) with metal embedded pieces, which comprises the following steps: (1) before injection molding, pre-heating the metal embedded pieces to enable surface temperature of the metal embedded pieces to be 217 DEG C to 340 DEG C; (2) putting the pre-heated metal embedding pieces into molds for injection molding, wherein the temperature of PA 610 materials is 210 DEG C to 340 DEG C; and (3) pressurizing, cooling and de-molding to obtain end products. The molding technology combining PA 610 with metal embedded pieces can be used for resolving the problems that after plastic-steel combined pieces are molded, metal embedded pieces and molded pieces are easy to fall off due to overlarge internal stress generated around the metal embedded pieces during molding.
