[0020] An embodiment, a modulation method suitable for an atmospheric laser communication system is carried out through an experimental platform of an unlimited sinusoidal modulation atmospheric laser communication system. The experimental platform includes an analog laser 1 and a photodetector 2, see Figure 4 , the model of the analog laser 1 used at the transmitting end is LQA850-120E, the main function is to transmit the optical signal into the atmospheric channel, the receiving end includes a photodetector 2 and a bit error analyzer, and the model of the photodetector 2 is PDA10A-EC (200-1100nm), responsible for converting the optical signal through the atmospheric channel into an electrical signal, and the bit error analyzer is AV5232E bit error analyzer, which can test the bit error of the received signal.
