The traditional Chinese medicines for wiping skin in vitro to permeate meridians are taken as main drugs; the orally taken fungus traditional Chinese medicines for tonifying kidney and growing bones and the medicines for medicinal moxibustion are taken as adjuvant drugs; fourteen traditional Chinese medicines for tonifying kidney and invigorating bones are mainly adopted and comprise cordyceps militaris, poria cocos, rhizoma cibotii, ramulus mori, radix angelicae pubescentis, earthworm, ground beeltle, herba epimedii, pyrola, large-leaved gentian, centipede, lycopodium clavatum, fomitopsis pinicola and radix glycyrrhizae preparata; the fourteen traditional Chinese medicines are decocted into liquid for wiping skin in vitro to permeate meridians; ten orally taken fungus traditional medicines for tonifying kidney and invigorating bones are adopted at the same time and comprise cordyceps militaris, poria cocos, grifola, agaric, mushroom, tricholoma matsutake, tabasheer, fomitopsis pinicola, marasmius androsaceus and hedgehog hydnum; and the femoral head necrosis is treated in combination with acupuncture moxibustion and medicinal moxibustion.
