The invention also provides a data communication method for the real-time multicast service, which comprises the following steps of: self-adaptively setting a general error correction structure optimal parameter; transmitting a data package for the first time and processing a retransmission request message by the transmitting end; and in a processing step, receiving the data package by the receiving end.
