The main ingredients comprise the following components by weight percentage: 40-50% of Astragalus mongholicus, 5-8% of Angelica sinensis, 8-11% of hawthorn, 8-11% of donkey-hide gelatin, 8-11% of Chinese date, 8-11% of lily and 8-11% ofChinese yam. The auxiliary ingredients are drinking water and 60-degree white spirit, wherein by weight ratio, the drinking water: the main ingredients is 2:1 (or 1:2), and the 60-degree white spirit: the main ingredients is 9:1. A preparation process comprises the steps of: checking raw materials; proportioning and smashing; mixing the white spirit for nine times; steaming and drying; mixing thewater and fermenting; fermenting underground; filtering and precipitating (or drying, smashing and preparing); and preparing the product. The five-element product is a functional life-preserving foodwith an economic value which is prepared by medical and edible dual-purpose raw materials by means of a microbial technology and natural microorganisms.
