Abstract

A common electrode layer which is integrally connected into a TFT (thin film transistor) array substrate is divided to form a touch-control sensing electrode and a touch-control driving electrode which are insulated from each other; and the touch-control driving electrode and the touch-control driving electrode are subjected to time-sharing driving to achieve a touch-control function and a display function. Due to the fact that the touch screen provided by the embodiment of the invention is conducted to change the common electrode structure of the TFT array substrate to realize the touch control function, the touch screen is formed on the basis of the traditional TFT array substrate preparation technique without additionally providing additional techniques, so that the production cost is reduced and the production efficiency is increased. In addition, by adopting the time-sharing driving touch control and display functions, the mutual interference can be further reduced, and thus, the image quality and the touch-control accuracy can be improved.
