Abstract

The invention relates to a seat track for a vehicle. The seat track for a vehicle comprises an upper track, a lower track, supporting balls, a holder and a roller. The upper track has a horizontal extending part, an outer wall part and an inward horizontal part. The lower track has a bottom part which is opposite to the horizontal extending part, an inner wall part which is arranged in an inner part of the outer wall part, and an outward horizontal part which is arranged to be opposite to the inward horizontal part. The supporting balls are in contact with the outer wall part and the inner wall part in a transverse direction, and are in contact with the inward horizontal part and the outward horizontal part in a vertical direction. The holder uses each transverse end parts thereof to hold and support the supporting balls. An upper end of the roller supports the horizontal extending part, and a bottom part supports a lower end of the roller, thus the roller supports the sliding of the upper track relative to the lower track and enables the upper track to slide smoothly. Therefore, the seat track can be provided which has good operating performance and a stable structure, and the noise generated by low sliding friction of the upper track is relatively small.
