Firstly services are divided into six classes according to a service classification method; then a logical net is built on a physical network and the virtual service plane is constructed according to quality of service (QoS) requests and topology requirements of various services on the network; obligating resources on the virtual service plane constructed according to service types and conducting instantiation on the virtual service plane; distributing resources for each service on the virtual service plane according to service flow and achieving resource dynamic adjustment on the virtual service plane; and finally designing different survivability strategies on the virtual service plane according to survivability needs of different services and providing survivability guarantees for different services. The differentiated service survivability method based on the virtual service plane can meet the QoS requests of different services, meet needs of the different services on the different services, meets survivability needs of the different services, further improve resource utilization rate of a network, and further improve survivability guarantees of the network on the different services.
