The invention discloses a WSN (wireless sensing network) survivable routing method and a survivability evaluation model based on clusters. Mechanisms of key negotiation, identity identification, standby cluster head chain, semi-Markov chain, inter-cluster routing and the like are integrated, and the SRPC (survivability routing protocol based on clusters) anti-attack capability is high. The attack of malicious nodes is resisted through key negotiation and identity identification, the availability and the completeness of the monitoring information are ensured, the energy consumption is low, and the service life is long. Energy factors are introduced, in addition, the single-hop routing and the inter-cluster multi-hop routing are combined for transmitting the monitoring data, the anti-attack capability of a network can be obviously improved, and in addition, the network surviving capability reaches the optimum state through the balance. The delivery rate is high, and after the SRPC protocol cluster head nodes fail or are damaged, the data is transmitted to the standby cluster heads with the highest priority. The survivability evaluation model has the universality, is applicable to the quantitative evaluation on the WSN with the network state stay time complying with the negative index distribution, and can also be used for evaluating the WSN with the changeable network surviving state and the irregular state stay time.
