Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communication and radio frequency identification. Disclosed are a method, base station, and system for tolling a free flow vehicle. The method comprises: the base station collecting tag information of passing vehicles, for each legal tag, adding the ID of the base station to a base station list of a tag record, and multicasting same to an adjacent base station; if a multicast message of the tag is not received when a predetermined time interval threshold is exceeded, then transmitting the tag record to a data server, and the data server calculating the driving distances and amount of toll on the basis of the distance between each base station in the base station list of the tag record.
