The overlapped portions of the metal outer ring and the metal inner ring are fixedly connected with the elastic layer, radial bosses are evenly arranged along the circumferential direction on the overlapped portion on the inner circumferential surface of the metal outer ring, radial bosses are evenly arranged along the circumferential direction on the overlapped portion on the outer circumferential surface of the metal inner ring, and the bosses of the metal outer ring and the bosses of the metal inner ring are distributed at intervals. The metal outer ring and the metal inner ring are fixedly connected through the elastic layer which is used for reducing transfer of vibration of driving parts to driven parts.
