Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a fabric-integrated cross-linked foamed product, comprising the following steps: preparing a mold in which a cavity comprising of a depressed engraving with an arbitrary shape is formed; filling the cavity of the mold with a molding material in an amount greater than the volume of the cavity of the mold; heating the mold with pressure the same; releasing pressure when the molding material of the mold starts to be cross-linked after passing the softening point by the applied heat, and opening the mold; removing all the molding materials except the part filled in the cavity among the molten molding materials inside the opened mold; placing fabric at the upper surface of the mold of which the cavity is filled with the molding material; heating the mold with pressure to crosslink the molding materials in contact with the fabric; and releasing pressure and rapidly opening the mold to foam the cross-linked molding materials in contact with the fabric.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cross-linked foam product, and more particularly, to a method of manufacturing a cross-linked foam product having a fabric and a foam body integrated with each other, the method comprising: preparing a mold having a cavity debossed in an arbitrary shape ; filling the mold cavity with molding material in an amount greater than the volume of the mold cavity; pressurizing and heating the mold; before the molding material of the mold begins to be crosslinked after reaching the softening point by the applied heat releasing the pressure, and opening the mold; completely removing the molding material other than the molding material filled into the mold cavity of the molding material melted in the opened mold; The fabric is placed on the surface; the mold is pressurized and heated to crosslink the molding material in contact with the fabric; and the pressure is released and the mold is quickly opened t...
