Abstract

The invention discloses an aluminum-plating-grade casting homo-polypropylene film material and a preparation method thereof. The casting homo-polypropylene film material is made from the raw materials of homo-polypropylene resin, antioxidant and halogen absorbent, wherein the melt flow rate of the homo-polypropylene resin is 6-9 g/10 min, and the isotacticity index of the resin is 96%-98%. The homo-polypropylene resin can be prepared by the following steps of: adding propylene, which is taken as a raw material, into a loop reactor, adding a catalyst, a promoter, an electron donor and an antistatic agent into the propylene, and uniformly stirring the materials to obtain the homo-polypropylene resin, wherein the reaction temperature in the loop reactor is controlled at 70+/-1 DEG C, the reaction pressure in the loop reactor is controlled at 3.4-3.8 MPa, and the hydrogen concentration in the loop reactor is controlled at 900-1200 ppm. The polypropylene resin meets the requirements on processability and mechanical property of an aluminum-plated intermediate film layer. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the polypropylene resin.
