The method includes: the sewage generated in a sludge drying process passes through a grating ditch to filter out bulk impurities and enters a raw water hoisting shaft, the sewage is pumped into a pH adjusting pool and mixed with an alkali solution to undergo a neutralization reaction, and then enters a water quality regulating pool, which oxygenates the sewage in advance while regulating the water amount; the sewage then enters a floating oil machine to perform air floatation deoiling, and then enters a contact oxidation pool to undergo aerobic biochemical treatment; the sewage then enters a sedimentation pool from its bottom, the gravity sedimentated sewage flows out from the top and enters a denitrification pool, and the sedimentated sludge is transferred to a sludge storage pool; and the denitrified sewage enters an MBR reactor to further remove oxidizable substances and part of ammonia nitrogen, other sludge is transferred into the sludge storage pool, the sewage enters an ozone contact jar to undergo disinfection and oxidation decoloration, and the obtained clear water enters a clear water pool for storage.
