By taking 100 parts of LLDPE resin as a benchmark, the LLDPE resin, the masterbatch and the noctilucent material masterbatch are evenly mixed for melt blending in a screw extruder at 180-230 DEG C, then ejected through a die-head spinneret plate, cooled and shaped through a cold water tank, then drawn through hot water or hot air, and finally retracted and shaped through a hot-air oven or a heating roller.
