Problems solved by technology

Due to environmental and other factors, when it is difficult for the insulated bucket arm truck to deliver the operator to the operating position accurately, it is difficult to carry out live work. If the live work is barely carried out, it may bring safety hazards to the operator.
If a power outage is required, the power grid must be cut off first, which will hinder the normal use of electricity by users

Embodiment Construction

[0012] The present invention is further described below in conjunction with embodiment and accompanying drawing.

[0013] see figure 1

[0014] The wire clamping device has a first operating lever 1 and a wire clamp. A pair of jaws are hinged on the base 3 of the wire clamp: jaw 5 and jaw 7, and a spring is clamped between jaw 5 and jaw 7. 6. The bottom ends of the two jaws are in contact with the two sides of a triangular prism-shaped block 4 respectively. A screw 2 is mounted on the base 3. The screw 2 and the base 3 are threadedly connected. The other side of the block 4 abuts, and the rear end of the screw rod 2 is connected with the first joystick 1 .

[0015] see figure 1 , figure 2

[0016] The base 3 in the wire clamp has a "U"-shaped groove 3a, and the lower parts of the two jaws 5, 7 and the block 4 are located in the groove 3a.

[0017] Depend on figure 1 It can be seen that the first joystick 1 and the screw rod 2 are rotated relative to the base 3, and ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a mounting device of an insulation piercing line clip. The mounting device comprises a wire holding device, a line clip holding device and a line clip clamping operation device, wherein the wire holding device is provided with a first operation rod and a wire clamp; the line clip holding device is provided with a second operation rod and a holding device; and the clamping operation device is provided with a third operation rod, an electric spanner and a control mechanism matched with an electric spanner switch. When being used, the insulation piercing line clip is mounted on the holding device, a branch wire is tightly clamped by the clamp, and a first operator holds the second operation rod to lift the insulation piercing line clip and sleeve the insulation piercing line clip on a main wire; then a second operator holds the first operation rod to thread the branch wire through the insulation piercing line clip, removes the wire holding device and holds the third operation rod to screw a torque nut of the insulation piercing line clip through the electric spanner; when torque applied to the torque nut reaches a set value, a nut torque mechanism is removed, and the main wire and the branch wire are connected with each other; and finally, the line clip clamping operation device and the line clip holding device are removed, and the installation of the insulation piercing line clip is finished.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to tools used in construction of power supply facilities, in particular to a device for installing insulation piercing clamps. Background technique [0002] The function of the insulation piercing clamp is to connect the main wire with the branch wire. At present, when using insulation piercing clamps to connect the main line and the branch lines, it is necessary to send the operators to high altitude by the insulation arm truck, and install the insulation piercing clamps by the operators. Due to environmental and other factors, when it is difficult for the insulated arm truck to deliver the operator to the operating position accurately, it is difficult to carry out live work. If the live work is forced, it may bring safety hazards to the operator. If a power outage is required, the power grid must be shut down first, which will prevent users from using electricity normally. With the development of the economy, users have higher...
