Example Embodiment

[0026] Example 1
[0027] The jujube tree grafting method of the present invention is carried out according to the following steps:
[0028] 1) Preparation of jujube scion: In northern Xinjiang, in early November, before the soil was frozen, jujube branches were collected from the mother tree, and both ends of the branches (the part less than 0.4cm in diameter and the part greater than 1cm in diameter) were cut off, and the remaining jujube branches were removed The strips are cut into jujube scion by taking the main bud as a unit. The upper end of the jujube scion is 1 cm away from the main bud and the lower end is 4 cm away from the main bud; the number of jujube scions prepared is 200.
[0029] 2) Preparation of wax sealant: Paraffin wax is semi-precious paraffin wax of the "Kunlun" brand produced by Xinjiang Dushanzi Chemical Plant, with a density of less than 0.9 g/cm3 and a melting point of 47-64°C. Gum rosin is produced by Shanghai Dafeng Chemical Trading Co., Ltd., with a density greater than 1 g/cm3 and a melting point of 70-80°C. The wax seal is composed of 100 parts by mass of paraffin wax and 20 parts by mass of gum rosin; first put 10kg of paraffin wax into a pot and heat, and when it is all melted, gradually add gum rosin under constant stirring, a total of 2kg; melt the gum rosin to obtain wax Seal the liquid and control the temperature at 80℃ for later use.
[0030] 3) Jujube scion wax sealing and storage: the prepared 200 jujube scions are wax-sealed in the wax seal liquid; hold one end of the jujube scion, immerse 1/2 of it in the wax seal liquid for no more than 2 seconds, and then take it Hold the other end of the jujube scion and immerse the other 1/2 in the wax sealing solution for no more than 2 seconds; pay attention to coating the entire jujube scion with a uniform wax seal composition film. After the wax-sealed scion has been cooled for 12 hours, it is stored in a cold storage or cellar at a temperature of 0-5°C. Since the jujube scion is wax-sealed, the wax-sealed scion will have cracks during long-term storage, transportation and grafting, preventing the jujube scion from drying out and losing water. In addition, the wax-sealed jujube scion will not appear moldy after bagging and storage, which improves the quality of the scion.
[0031] 4) Processing the jujube rootstock: cut off the frozen part of the jujube rootstock 1 day before grafting, and remove the soil 5cm below the stem base of the jujube rootstock; 1 hour before grafting, remove the top of the jujube rootstock Cut off 1cm; when grafting, cut off the top of the jujube rootstock by 0.5cm. Due to the above-mentioned multiple shearing rootstock method, the wound volume during grafting can be reduced, thereby reducing the influence of gums and tannins on jujube scion and improving the survival rate of jujube grafting.
[0032] 5) Soaking the scion in sugar water: Cut the lower part of the scion of jujube tree into a slope, and soak the whole scion of jujube tree with a 5% by weight aqueous solution of white sand sugar for 2-6 hours. The white granulated sugar water can not only supplement the nutrient consumption of the scion, but also has stickiness, which is conducive to the close combination of the rootstock and the scion and improves the survival rate of grafting.
[0033] 6) Graft the wax-sealed scion processed in step 5) onto the jujube rootstock processed in step 4); use a splitting knife to make a cut in the center of the rootstock, the depth of which is subject to the insertion capacity of the cut surface of the scion. After the scion is inserted, at least one side of the cambium of the scion and the rootstock should be aligned.
[0034] 7) Tie the jujube scion and the jujube rootstock. The binding material used for binding is a polyvinyl chloride plastic film with a thickness greater than 0.008mm. The film has high mechanical strength, good anti-aging performance, good elasticity, and can be restored after stretching. Using this film will not cause the phenomenon of thin necks, wind and sun will not differentiate for a year, good water retention.
